Miller Rental.
This deck was due for replacement and was dangerous due to rot and bad railing. Being a rental, the owner wanted something sturdy with a good railing for children. We replaced all of the plywood with 3/4 T&G plywood, installed a Deckshield membrane deck and new treated railing with hogwire inserts.
Owner was to paint, but unknown if it was done.

We like to keep things local. I will attempt to at least match any competitors quote from a similar sized or larger company that is off of Whidbey Island who is providing quotes to some of our local Islanders.
